Successful Bidder Notification
After all auctions have closed, the successful bidder will be notified via email with closing instructions, including total amount due.
For the successful bidder, a deposit of at least 10% of the sale price, plus closing costs and interest through June 30, 2024, is due within one business day from the completion of the auction and is payable to SITLA. Financing will be offered for this parcel at a variable interest rate of prime plus 2.5% or 7.5%, whichever is greater. The remaining balance may be financed for up to a 20 year term. Full remittance instructions will be included with the invoice.

This subdivision was developed in the 1970's, but only a few lots have been sold. Many lots are owned by Trust Lands. The topography of this lot is partially flat to moderately sloping, with beautiful views from all directions.

This parcel is located in the Silvan Canyon Estates Subdivision, approximately 20 miles from SR9, near East Zion.
Access:
Access is from the Kane County North Fork Road. Enter the North Fork County Road at East Zion off Highway SR9, then travel approximately 19 miles north until you get to the Orderville Canyon Road, then travel south and east 1.3 miles to the lot.
