He has more than 30 years of experience in a number of areas of the oil and gas business including E&P, A&D, drilling, large lease plays and EOR.

EnergyNet has been the broker for the purchase and sale of over 50,000 oil and gas properties working on behalf of 5,000 sellers and 20,000 bidders across the United States. EnergyNet is the most active oil and gas property marketplace serving the industry, as well as state and federal government clients. The first ever, real-time, online oil and gas property auction was conducted by EnergyNet in February 2000. EnergyNet has executed over $3B of oil and gas property transactions under his leadership.

In 1987 Mr. Britain co-founded J-Brex Company, which remains an active oil and gas explorer, operator and producer in the Mid-Continent. He served as Vice-President and Land Manager from 1987 to 1999.
Mr. Britain is a member of the Independent Producers Association of America, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners, Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, California Independent Petroleum Association, American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the Illinois Oil and Gas Association, Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen and Dallas ADAM Energy Forum.

Mr. Britain has had numerous articles published in the Oil and Gas Investor.

Mr. Britain holds FINRA Series 63, 22 and 39 securities licenses and is a licensed Texas auctioneer.

Mr. Britain, an Amarillo, Texas native, graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1972 and served 5 years in the United States Army Infantry.

Chris Atherton is the Chief Executive Officer and President of EnergyNet, Inc. EnergyNet is an oil and gas asset acquisition and divestiture firm specializing in auction sales, sealed bid transactions and government competitive offerings. Chris has been part of the EnergyNet team since 2002. He has been actively involved as the firm has completed over $6B in transactions including sell-side mandates from thousands of Exploration and Production clients. Chris leads a multi-disciplinary team of 50 professionals specializing in engineering, geology, land, technical, business development, marketing, IT and administration.

Chris has 18 years of experience in the energy industry. Chris graduated from Texas State in San Marcos with a business management and marketing degree. Prior to EnergyNet, Chris worked at the Enron Corporation in Houston, Texas

Chris recently served as the Chairman of the Wildcatters Host Committee for the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. Chris served as the Chairman for the SPE-Gulf Coast Section Business Development Study Group for three years. Mr. Black holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Black joined the team after spending 25 years in accounting with 20 of those as controller/CFO in the agricultural industry. He has been a cattle rancher in the Texas Panhandle for over 25 years. Mr. Black also has 20 years experience as a contract business consultant and tax advisor.

John, an Amarillo, TX native, joined EnergyNet shortly after the company's founding in 1999 and has served in technology leadership positions within the company since that time. Today he oversees EnergyNet's technology planning, development, implementation, and security.

His previous experience at EnergyNet has included direct roles in systems architecture, software engineering, systems operations and network management. External to EnergyNet, he has been involved in a number of diverse fields including manufacturing, graphic design, broadcasting, publishing, wireless networking, audio engineering, and embedded systems design.

John has been instrumental in EnergyNet's software, architectural, and technical policy developments through the years and enjoys the challenge of keeping EnergyNet at the forefront of an evolving industry.

Wildon, EnergyNet's Chief Operating Officer, joined the team in May 2010, bringing with him experience in accounting, finance, and statistics. Wildon has a varied work background, with time spent in law enforcement, academics, and the horseracing industry.

Ethan is the Vice President of Business Development for the Mid-Continent and Texas Panhandle and also develops and implements marketing programs for EnergyNet and individual client marketing campaigns. Ethan works closely with EnergyNet clients to answer listing questions, review asset divestment packages, marketing strategy as well as general client inquiries. Ethan currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the ADAM-OKC (Acquisition, Divestment & Mergers) chapter and is a member of the following organizations: IPAA, AAPL, PAPL, OCAPL, CIPA, Oklahoma Independent Producers Association (Committee Member), National Stripper Well Association, Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association (Past Board Member), Texas Alliance of Energy Producers (Past Board Member), IPANM, Wildcatters Club, Mid-Continent Oilmen's Invitational (Board Member), Oklahoma Energy Explorers, National Auctioneers Association and the Texas Auctioneers Association. Lindsay is an active member of The Petroleum Club of Midland, Young Professionals in Energy - Midland, Women in Energy Network - Permian Basin, Permian Basin Landman's Association, Permian Basin Petroleum Association and SIPES Midland. Lindsay serves as a board member of the Ladies of the Petroleum Club of Midland organization.

In her free time, you can find Lindsay at the local YMCA participating in a class or grabbing lunch at Strawberry Fields.

Emily serves as EnergyNet's Director of Business Development for both the Mid-Continent and Texas Panhandle. Prior to joining the EnergyNet team in August 2018, Emily began her career as a Landman specializing in Mid-Continent asset development for Devon Energy Corporation. After five successful years in Land, Emily transitioned to Devon's Acquisitions and Divestitures group where she spent another five years. During her tenure in A&D, Emily was involved with multiple transactions, covering assets in several basins - the value of which exceeded fourteen billion dollars.

Emily graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Energy Management. Emily is an active member of Oklahoma Energy Explorers, OIPA, Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen, American Association of Professional Landmen, and ADAM-OKC.

Emily enjoys spending time with her husband JP, daughter Mayson, and three dogs. Emily also loves supporting her Oklahoma Sooners and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Ankita Sinha is the Technical Analyst / Petroleum Engineer for EnergyNet. Prior to joining the technical team at EnergyNet, Ankita worked for Halliburton as a Cementing Field Engineer for 3 years working on conventional wells for Cairn Energy and Prize Petroleum and unconventional CBM wells for Great Eastern Energy Corp. Ltd. (GEECL) and Reliance Industries Ltd. Ankita earned her Masters in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma with a specialization in the field of Petrophysics in the Integrated Core Characterization. She earned a Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering from MIT, Pune India graduating in 2011. Krysta is a Walsh, Colorado native who came to the Texas Panhandle in July 2008 to finish her degree at West Texas A&M University. She graduated in December 2010 with a Bachelor of General Studies with emphasis on Psychology, Sociology and History, and began working for WTAMU in their Educational Services department.

In August 2013, Krysta joined the Land group at EnergyNet. Since then, her ability to quickly learn Engineering support tasks, GIS mapping and all Land related tasks, combined with her dedication to the EnergyNet Land Team, discipline and her remarkable work ethic, has helped her become a valuable team member. In 2018, Krysta restructured the Land & Technical Services department, which has since greatly improved efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy in property presentations and data rooms.

Krysta received her PHDWin Certification in November 2017, after completing the training course in Houston, Texas and passing the certification exam.

In December 2014, Krysta participated and graduated from the Dale Carnegie course, (a leadership, public speaking and human relations seminar), where she was also recognized with the Outstanding Human Relations award. In October 2018, she completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers, where she received an Outstanding Performance Award.

Because of her sharp eye for detail, and the high care and attention that she gives each individual property, Cathy's acts as the final review for Sealed Bid and Auction property presentations and data rooms. Her additional duties include confirming Seller title, including State and Federal Title; verifying preferential rights, property consents and depth restriction information and making live lot Seller updates.

Internet Data Room/Seller Relations Manager

Stacey joined EnergyNet in 2006, bringing with her 20 years of experience in customer service, as well as experience in county recording. Initially, she performed receptionist duties and assisted in the recordings of conveyance documents. She joined the Land group in 2009, functioning as the Administrative Assistant.

Because of Stacey's amazing work ethic, drive and dedication to her team, she exceled greatly in Land & Technical Services, and now acts as the Internet Data Room/Seller Relations Manager. Her responsibilities include managing the Internet Data Room Team; training new Land members on how to create data rooms; processing digital and physical Seller files to build the Internet Data Room and answering Seller and Buyer questions.

Stacey has lived in the Texas Panhandle for most of her life.

Tammy is a native of Perryton, Texas. She joined the EnergyNet Land Team in May of 2016 as a Land Tech, bringing with her 11 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Tammy is honored to be a part of the EnerygNet team. Her determination and tenacity, as well as her leadership skills, has made her a valuable team member. Tammy's duties include managing the Standard Auction Team members; assisting in managing the Lot Queue process; answering Seller and Buyer questions; acting as the Land & Technical Services Hiring Manager and reviewing Auction property presentations and data rooms for activation.

In the Spring of 2018, Tammy participated and graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course.

In her free time, Tammy is an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and enjoys genealogy research.

GIS Manager

Britt, a New Deal, Texas native, began his career as a Marine in 2009 and spent 5-years as a Military Working Dog Handler. After the Marine Corps, he returned to Amarillo and obtained his Bachelor of General Studies from West Texas A&M University in May 2018. Britt will begin his M.B.A at Syracuse University in 2019.

Britt joined the EnergyNet team in October 2016 as an Assistant Data Analyst. During his time as an Analyst, Britt learned and excelled quickly in GIS mapping. Britt's innovation and drive lead to the redesign of EnergyNet's GIS maps and processes in the Fall of 2018. His duties include creating GIS maps by hand drawing tracts or using Seller provided shapefiles; training team members on basic, auction property maps; working directly with Sellers on their mapping processes and preparing Sealed Bid Leasehold properties. On average, Britt processes and completes 50 GIS maps a month.

Britt enjoys hunting, reading and carpentry. He lives in Amarillo, Texas with his wife Kristen and their three dogs.

Sean is excited to be part of the EnergyNet Team. He joined the EnergyNet team in November 2016 as a Land/Data Analyst, after graduating from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. At Tech, he received various scholarly awards, including graduating Cum Laude.

As the Lead Engineering/Data Analyst for the Sealed Bid Team, Sean manages, prepares and reviews the property presentations for Sealed Bid/Negotiated Sales properties. He also processes Seller PHDWin or ARIES files for production data and creates shell PHDWin files with well production data only, from Seller provided ARIES files, DrillingInfo or IHS. Sean also is responsible for training new team members.

In the Spring of 2018, Sean participated and graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course.

Sean is a native of Amarillo, Texas, where he currently lives with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports - he is an avid Dallas Stars Hockey fan.

Bonnie Browning

Bonnie brings with her over 30-years in the Oil & Gas field, starting with Parker & Parsley full time in October 1991. Parker & Parsley merged with Mesa in 1997 and became Pioneer Natural Resources. She also worked for Anadarko. Bonnie retired from Pioneer in August 2018 and begin working for EnergyNet as a Quality Control Tech in November 2018. Her job duties include reviewing property presentations, cash flows and production for auction. Bonnie was born and raised in Midland, Texas, with a family of 16 kids. Her father worked in the oil field all his life, until he retired her junior year of high school. She moved to Amarillo in July of 1998. Bonnie is married to Mark and they have been married for 30 years. In Bonnie's free time, she loves to read and spend time with her family and two grandsons, ages 6 and 12, who keep her very busy!

Charisa has been married for 23 years to her husband Justin and they have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves to vacation with friends and family as often as possible.

Erin Carter

Seller Relations Assistant

Erin brings over five years of customer service experience with her to EnergyNet. She has strong organizational skills and can easily multi-task, both qualities she used while working as the Office Manager for her husband's plumbing business. She is also familiar with oil and gas documents from working with various law firms.

Her duties include processing Seller's Agreements, creating and setting up new properties created by Sellers, downloading digital Seller files and handling physical files for further analyzation by the Internet Data Room Team. She also assists in the handling of numerous other administrative tasks.

Erin was born and raised in Amarillo. She has two girls that keep her busy with soccer and ballet. When they are not running from one practice to another, she loves vacationing with her family and friends in the mountains and at the beach.

Brittney Green is a native of Amarillo, Texas. She received an A.A.S. from Amarillo College with focus in Legal Studies. Throughout her time at Amarillo College, she worked for a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company as an Office Manager and went on to become the Assistant Finance Manager focusing on revenue reports and payroll. She joined the EnergyNet Team in June of 2018 as an IDR and Land Assistant. Her duties include helping to maintain the Internet Data Room, data, production and cash flow analysis, and creating online property presentations. Brittney is excited to be a part of the EnergyNet team and eager to learn more about the industry. Away from work, Brittney enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, binge watching numerous series on Netflix, and raising her two daughters, Braylee and Jaelynn.

Ryan Blakely is originally from Springville, New York. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Army and served for five years. He left the military in 2013 to return home and attended Hilbert College in Hamburg, New York from 2014 to 2017. He graduated with honors receiving a bachelor's degree in Legal Research. He moved to Amarillo in 2017 and joined the EnergyNet Team in May of 2018 as a Junior Land & Data Analyst. Susan Johnson is an Amarillo, Texas native. She will graduate in December 2018 with her Associates in General Studies from Amarillo College and she is also completing courses at West Texas A&M University to obtain her B.B.A in Business. She joined the EnergyNet Team in May of 2018 as an IDR/Land Assistant. Her duties include data, production and cash flow analysis as well as creating online property presentations and data rooms. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Susan and her husband live in Amarillo with their chorkie, Scout.

Tessa Johnson, a native to the Texas panhandle, joined the EnergyNet team in January 2019, bringing with her several years' experience as a former business analyst in the multinational finance and insurance industry. As a Junior Land/Data Analyst for the Land and Technical Services team, her responsibilities primarily include data analysis, researching and calculating production data, building cash flow tables, and creating online property presentations for auction.

In 2016, Tessa completed her B.B.A. in General Business from West Texas A & M University, focusing on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. She then went on to obtain a Computer Systems Support Certification from Amarillo College in 2018.

Outside of work, Tessa enjoys live music and comedy, video games, travelling and hiking in the mountains, and spending time with her friends and family. She lives in Amarillo, Texas with her dog and three cats.

Gus Rivero came to the U.S. at the age of 19 from Argentina in 2001, one year after graduating from Escuela de Educacion Tecnica 5 as a Electronic Technician (Computer Technician). Like many others, he came searching for a brighter future which began to materialize when, in 2005, he founded DotCom - a company through which he offered IT consulting services. In 2006 he began to do contract work for EnergyNet, and a year later he was offered, and accepted, a full time position. Gus began his EnergyNet career in the IT Department, but exhibited such a passion for land that he was trained to work in the Land group. In 2010, Gus jumped at the opportunity to attend PHDWin (petroleum economic evaluation software) courses in Houston, Texas. On October 13, 2010 he received his PHDWin Certification.
On December 2, 2010, Gus achieved his most important personal milestone: After 10 years and a long journey, he became a proud American citizen.

In January 2012, Gus was given the opportunity to expand his horizons when EnergyNet sponsored his attendance to the Dale Carnegie Training Course (a leadership, public speaking and human relations seminar). After 12 weeks, Gus graduated and received the Highest Achievement Award; the most prestigious award in the program, given to the person who best exemplified the standards, qualities and principles on which the Dale Carnegie program is based.

Gus is a member of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen (PAPL).

Brandon Savage was born and raised in Amarillo, TX. After graduating High School, he joined the United States Army and served three years as an Infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division and four years in the Texas National Guard. He made several deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan before leaving the military as a Non-Commissioned Officer. After returning from his last deployment, Brandon began attending school, graduating with honors in 2014 with a B.A.S. in Business from Wayland Baptist University.

Brandon joined the EnergyNet team in 2013 as a Land Tech and after showing a significant interest, began to work exclusively on government competitive offerings. His current duties include processing parcel/tract data, creating GIS files, closing auctions and working with the states to collect and distribute funds.

In 2015, Brandon graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course, where he was recognized with the Outstanding Performance award.

Brandon is a member of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen and a licensed Texas Auctioneer - TX Auctioneer #17931.

Heather Fugger brings to EnergyNet 20 years of high-level C-Suite administrative experience, highlighted with recent years focusing in contracting administration. She holds a certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants for Contract Administration, and attended the University of Maine. Heather joined EnergyNet in July of 2017, and is a member of the Women in Geothermal.

Anastasia joined the EnergyNet team in November 2018 as a Junior Analyst for the Government Lease Sales Team. She graduated from WTAMU with a B.B.A. in 2016 with a major in finance and a minor in management. She also completed her M.S. in finance and economics in 2017 at WT. While completing her M.S. degree, she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma - The International Business Honors Society. She is a Dallas native and has fallen in love with the Amarillo area. Her duties include domestic and global markets research and special projects.

Mr. Black holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Black joined the team after spending 25 years in accounting with 20 of those as controller/CFO in the agricultural industry. He has been a cattle rancher in the Texas Panhandle for over 25 years. Mr. Black also has 20 years experience as a contract business consultant and tax advisor. Mr. Black owned a rural weekly newspaper for over 4 years and was acting Operator, Publisher and Reporter and has interviewed numerous Senators, Congressman, Governors and former Presidents. Mr. Black holds a FINRA Series 63, 22, 27, 39 and 99 licenses.

Wildon, EnergyNet's Chief Operating Officer, joined the team in May 2010, bringing with him experience in accounting, finance, and statistics. Wildon has a varied work background, with time spent in law enforcement, academics, and the horseracing industry. After earning a B.S. in Economics from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Wildon spent a year at the University of New Mexico Economics PhD program. He returned to WTAMU to complete the hours required for the Master of Science in Finance and Economics and the accounting hours to sit for the CPA Exam. Mr. Woolley holds FINRA Series 63, 22, 27 & 99 licenses.

Russell, a Texas Panhandle native, graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Masters in Accounting and obtained his CPA License in 2012. He joined the EnergyNet team in 2018 as Controller. Prior to joining EnergyNet he worked in the public accounting sector as a financial statement auditor and in the agriculture industry as controller for a cattle feeding operation.

Russell and his wife Mary recently welcomed their first child, a daughter named Addison, in February 2018. Outside of work, Russell enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports and golfing.

Russell holds FINRA Series 27, 63, 22 & 99 licenses.

Lisa joined EnergyNet in September 2002 and brought with her, 18 years of diverse accounting experience. She is responsible for handling all conveyance instruments and regulatory documents. Lisa has worked in many fields as an accountant including the U.S. Army, the agriculture industry, many accounting and law firms and for general contractors. Lisa's oil and gas experience began with her father working for Mobil Pipeline. After living all over the United States and abroad, Lisa moved back to Texas in 1998.

Sarah is a Whitefish, Montana native who moved south to attend college in California and then east to find her home in Texas. After 22 years in the Lone Star State, Sarah now calls Amarillo home.

Sarah joined EnergyNet in February 2018 and brings with her diverse administrative experience with a special emphasis on positive customer service. Her duties include interfacing with buyers for account setup, approving bid allowances, assisting with lot closings, along with various other administrative and clerical duties. She also serves as the co-editor of the EnergyNet internal newsletter. Sarah's exceptional organization skills and support to management makes her an integral part of the EnergyNet team.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family and dogs.

John, an Amarillo, TX native, joined EnergyNet shortly after the company's founding in 1999 and has served in technology leadership positions within the company since that time. Today he oversees EnergyNet's technology planning, development, implementation, and security.

His previous experience at EnergyNet has included direct roles in systems architecture, software engineering, systems operations and network management. External to EnergyNet, he has been involved in a number of diverse fields including manufacturing, graphic design, broadcasting, publishing, wireless networking, audio engineering, and embedded systems design.

John has been instrumental in EnergyNet's software, architectural, and technical policy developments through the years and enjoys the challenge of keeping EnergyNet at the forefront of an evolving industry.

Mitch brings a wealth of software knowledge and a propensity for innovation to EnergyNet. Mitch works daily to design, build, and maintain custom software focused on usability and automation. He enjoys his role leading the software development for the EnergyNet.com website as well as other applications crucial to EnergyNet's performance and growth.

Mitch graduated from Harding University with a degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to joining the EnergyNet team, Mitch worked for Elbit Systems of America, developing embedded military applications for avionics platforms such as the F-18, AH-64, and the V-22.

Outside of work, Mitch stays busy enjoying life with his wife and four boys. He enjoys coaching his boys at sports, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.

Matthew is an Albuquerque, NM native who moved to Houston at a young age. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a degree in Computer Science. He has lived in Amarillo since 2014, and joined the EnergyNet team in June of 2017, where he develops the site's backend software and supporting applications. Matthew brings with him over six years of experience developing native applications on Windows, MacOS, and iOS, with two years spent integrating web backends with native applications. He has worked in a variety of domains, from embedded software development for industrial measurement to healthcare communication and systems modeling for energy sector research. Outside of work, you're most likely to see Matthew playing board games, singing to his cats, or honing his cooking skills alongside his wife, Jaci.
