In lieu of proposals being opened in person at the Nevada Division of State Lands office in Carson City, Nevada, the Opening of Proposals and Call for Oral Offers will commence at 10am PST / 12pm CST on April 25, 2024 via Teams Meeting.

Oral offers must be accompanied by a fully responsive RFP submittal.

An oral offer may be finally accepted if it is made by a responsible person upon the terms and conditions specified in the Request for Proposals and for a price exceeding by at least five (5)% the highest written bid (NRS 321.335(6)).

To complete the submission of a bid:

• Download the RFP Document.
• Follow the instructions on the Bid Form, complete all required fields, and save a copy locally to your computer
• Click on green "Place a Bid" above
• Enter username and password
• Upload RFP Response from your computer and Submit
• RFP responses will be delivered to Nevada DSL at the close of the offering

Note: Buyer Premium will be invoiced to successful bidder following execution of lease agreement.
