Successful Bidder Notification
After all auctions have closed, the successful bidder will be notified via email with closing instructions, including total amount due.
For the successful bidder, a deposit of at least 10% of the sale price, plus closing costs and interest through November 30, 2023, is due within one business day from the completion of the auction and is payable to SITLA. Financing will be offered for this parcel at a variable interest rate of prime plus 2.5% or 7.5%, whichever is greater. The remaining balance may be financed for up to a 20 year term. Full remittance instructions will be included with the invoice.
Additional Information
The northern third of the property is fairly level, with the southern portion consisting of steep slopes. The vegetation is sparse with cedar trees, junipers, a small stand of pines and aspens, sagebrush, and native grasses.

This parcel is located about 3 miles northeast of Highway 191 and Emma Park Road Junction, in southern Duchesne County (about 30 miles south of the city of Duchesne).

The property is surrounded by private landowners. Access to the property is behind locked gates. Interested parties would need to obtain access from one of the surrounding landowners.
