Registration as a Buyer is required to view properties, but you do not need to submit a Buyer's Agreement or bank information in order to view listings or watch the auction.
To view properties, log in using the Buyer ID (username) and password you chose during registration. When you're logged in, click the "Property Listings" link in the navigation bar at the top of the site to view current listings.
As with viewing properties, registration as a Buyer is required to bid on properties. You will be authorized to bid only after you have:
If you have already registered an account but are not yet authorized to bid, log in with your Buyer ID (username) and password. As soon as you log in, you will be directed to your Buyer's Homepage. From this page you will find links to submit your Buyer's Agreement and bank information securely, online. Reminders will appear at the top of your Buyer's Homepage until you complete these two steps.
You do not have to mail anything to EnergyNet! Registration is done completely online.
EnergyNet will confirm or adjust your bid allowance amount after talking with your banker. You will be notified by email when you have been authorized to bid, and you may immediately begin bidding.
Remember: Prior to bidding, please review all the information the seller provides to your satisfaction. You must accomplish your due diligence so that important information is not overlooked. Neither EnergyNet nor the Seller is responsible for incorrect information.
