*Parcel shall be appraised pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended, and the Fair Market Value (FMV) shall be the designated starting bid. The designated starting bid will be displayed thirty (30) days before the auction close date.*
