Results from the BLM Eastern States Office
The BLM-ES received no protests for the Alabama, Michigan, and Mississippi parcels on the September 24, 2020, Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
The BLM-ES received one protest letter for the parcels in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, which has been resolved. The leasing of the Louisiana parcels is still subject to appeal in accordance with 43 CFR 4 et seq. For more information, visit the BLM's website.
