Results from the BLM Eastern States Office
The BLM-ES received no protests for the Mississippi parcels on the December 12, 2019, Oil and Gas Lease Sale. The BLM-ES received 9 protest letters for the parcels in Monroe County, Ohio, which have been resolved. The leasing of the Ohio parcels is still subject to appeal in accordance with 43 CFR 4 et seq.
