The official description of each parcel being offered in the sale is defined by the Sale Notice and associated modifications posted by the BLM State Office on their official website.
BLM Utah received three protests for parcels included in the December 10, 2019, Oil and Gas
Lease Sale. Three protesting all parcels located within the boundary of the Monticello Field Office; one protesting all parcels located within the boundary of the Moab Field Office; one protesting one parcel located in the Richfield Field Office; one protesting three parcels located within the boundary of the Price Field Office; and one protesting one parcel located within the boundary of the Vernal Field Office. The resolution of the protests is pending.
