BLM Wyoming Federal Lease Sale, December 10 and 11, 2019

As the successful bidder of a Bureau of Land Management lease, you are hereby required to provide to the BLM Wyoming State Office prior to 4:00 pm MT, on the day that bidding on the parcel closes, confirmation (via email to blm_wy_ogleasesalepayment@blm.gov, or fax to 307-775-6203) that the payment for the parcel(s) has been initiated and the type of payment method. With your payment information, please identify each parcel being purchased, as well as the amount of the total payment to be applied to each parcel purchased.

You must also complete and submit Form 3000-2, July 2012 for each parcel you won at auction to the BLM Wyoming State office. This form is a legally binding offer by the prospective lessee to accept a lease and all its terms and conditions. Please be sure that the name identified on the form is the correct name for the prospective lessee.

The BLM will not accept a Form 3000-2 which identifies a lessee not identified on the respective Enhanced Bidder Registration Form. The lease will be issued to the lessee identified during bidder registration, and an Assignment of Record Title Interest must be properly filed in order to change the lessee of record, subsequent to lease issuance. Please fill out Form 3000-2, sign it (if authorized signatory for lessee is available), scan it, and email it to blm_wy_og_lease_sale_info@blm.gov by 4:00 pm MT on the day that bidding on the parcel closes. Then, the signed original(s) must be mailed to the BLM Wyoming State Office, at PO Box 1828, Cheyenne, WY 82003 (physical address, 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
