The BLM Montana State Office received three protests on all 91 parcels on the Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale Notice dated October 18, 2016. In summary, the BLM Montana State Office affirmed the protest of three parcels, which will be deferred, and dismissed the protest of 88 parcels, which will be offered.
