Montana DNRC will determine the successful bidder. Upon such determination, Montana DNRC will contact the successful bidder to coordinate the signing of the Lease and any other required documents, and the payment of remaining amounts due to Montana DNRC.

Improvements for Lot 1, Copper Creek, Lease #3062137, must be negotiated with the Improvement Owner, and the costs are not included in this online offering. See 3062137_Cabin Site Improvements Details (pdf) in the "Additional Information" box below for Improvement Owner details.

A 3% Buyer Premium, calculated as 3% of the sum of the improvement value and bid amount, is payable to EnergyNet within two (2) business days of lease award.

To complete the submission of a bid:

• Download and print the Bid Form (generated on the Bid Page)
• Follow the instructions on the Bid Form
• Notarize the signature on the Bid Form
• Include $25 application fee check
• Include deposit of 10% of Bid Amount
• Deliver full package to Montana DNRC no later than 5:00pm MT on the Bid Closing Date

Note: Buyer Premium Invoice will be emailed after the transaction has closed; Do not include with payment to Montana DNRC.
