Mandich has had a successful 30-year career in Business Development and Finance including; Energy Lending, Brokerage of Investment Real Estate and Industrial Real Estate, Troubled Loan Workouts, Commercial Real Estate Construction and Mortgage Finance, Municipal Project Approval and Development and Property Tax Appeal Services.
Mandich has closed 110 transactions with total transactional value of $140 Million and has received numerous Business Development awards including: Sales Rookie of the Year, Deal of the Year and Top Producer of the Year.
Mandich has held executive positions with: Michigan Property Tax Consultants, Marcus & Millchap, Colliers International, Michigan National Bank, InterFirst Bank and Wachovia Bank.
