Aspen Pipeline To Offer N TX 15-Well Package, 52-Mile Pipeline

Aspen Pipeline LP has retained EnergyNet Inc. to sell assets in North Texas in a negotiated sale.

The package includes 100% gross working interest in 15 wells and 52 miles of pipeline in Desdemona East Field in Comanche and Erath counties. The pipeline features high-pressure six-inch mainline with multiple laterals interconnected with Enbridge. The deal includes a gas-processing agreement with Enbridge, a DMV Pipeline LLC is operator as a utility also for sale with the package.

Production is 166,000 cubic feet of gas per day and average net income of approximately $56,316 per month.

Upside includes infill drilling that will allow two additional wells expected to be added to the system.
