American Exploration To Offer 66,000 MT Leasehold Acres

Americana Exploration LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to sell approximately 66,000 net acres in Toole County, Montana, in a private negotiated sale.
The package includes 100% working interest in approximately 55,000 net leasehold acres and 50% working interest in 11,000 net acres in the Kevin-Sunburst Dome project. The assets target the Upper Cretaceous to Devonian formations in more than 13 productive zones and eight formations. The assets are in a 1,000-square-mile structural closure featuring shallow gas and oil production.
