The package includes 942 acres held by production and 2,651 undeveloped acres in 46 operated and five nonoperated properties in Campbell, Crook, Carbon and Natrona counties.

Production for the last six months averaged 335 barrels of oil and 21,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Average 12-month net cash flow was $302,000 per month.
