Marathon Oil Co. is offering its Bakken assets in the Yellowstone area of the Williston Basin in Montana via auction at EnergyNet.com.

The lot includes 100% working interest (81% net revenue interest) in 3,823 gross and net held-by-production acres with three operated horizontal producing wells in Elm Coulee and NE fields in Richland County. Net Bakken production is 143 barrels of oil and 108,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Average nine month cash flow is $363,000 per month. Upside includes 10,700 gross undeveloped acres (8,063 net).
